As the Senior Consultant Business Partnering, you will be part of the People & Culture team, that's doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

  • Lead the delivery of the colleague strategy into the business and support, the head of People Business Partnering in setting people strategies based on data, insights and business context.

  • Plan and deliver core people programs, projects and initiatives into the business units.

  • Move with speed to provide advice on people solutions, deliver annual cyclical initiatives, and use data and insights to prioritise key actions to deliver value to the business

  • Provide people advisory support to senior leaders across a range of practice areas including talent, succession, inclusion & diversity, leadership, culture, performance, reward and engagement.

  • Provide feedback and continuous improvement input to the People & Culture Centre's of Expertise and particularly with opportunities in the Business Partnering function to ensure we win together.

  • Support the development and implementation of Division-specific initiatives based on data, insights and business context ensuring these align with both commercial imperatives, business strategy and the P&C priorities.

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a similar People & Culture Business Partnering role, ideally within a large-scale corporate organisation.

  • Ability to influence, coach and advise Senior Leaders using data/logic.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to deliver in complex organisations and matrix structures.

  • Able to simplify the complex and shape communications for audiences at all levels – you will have excellent communication & presentation skills, with the ability to drive engagement and endorsement.

  • Strong strategic acumen and the ability to collaborate and influence at the Executive level.

  • Your curiosity and strategic mindset are evident through your proven ability to solve complex problems utilising both quantitative and qualitative data (and to this end you will be proficient with tools such as excel and be comfortable learning AI tools such as co-pilot).
