The Company

Leading commercial glazing specialist trusted across NSW for delivering high-performance, fully compliant, and architecturally driven window and façade solutions. With a strong footprint in school, government, industrial and commercial builds, known for their precision estimating, smooth project delivery, and dependable partnerships from tender to installation. 

As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a skilled Estimator / Project Coordinator to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success. Succeed in this role and you'll be developed, mentored, and fully trained to step into a Project Manager position—your pathway is already mapped out.

You'll need

  • Proven experience in the facade/window industry.
  • High-rise commercial estimating experience (high-end residential using commercial systems also considered) — Ideally.
  • Willingness to take on project coordination tasks as part of the role.
  • Experience in customer service or other client-facing roles.
  • V6 Knowledge is preferred; CAD is a nice-to-have.
  • Ability to interpret technical reports, such as Section Acoustic reports.
  • Must be tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
