Project Officer I 3 months contract plus potential extensions

Rate:
$43.50 per hour

Your new role


• Coordinate with Executive members and other secretarial and administrative staff to ensure open lines of communication.


• Provide high-quality administrative support for multiple concurrent projects.


• Provide support for the committee by preparing and distributing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring that all actions are completed as required.


• Assist in compiling and refining reports and correspondence to achieve a professional standard.


• Maintain office support systems, including records, registers, and files.


• Contribute to team meetings and assist with problem-solving and the efficient administration of project activities.


• Facilitate and contribute to internal and external activities, education sessions, and engagement initiatives.


• Meet and strive to exceed personal and workgroup targets for Key Performance Indicators as set by the organisation from time to time.


• Other duties as assigned from time to time

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA


• Driver licence


• At least 2 years' experience in administrative roles

Desirable:


• Qualifications in business administration, projects or a related field
