About the role This is a full-time opportunity to join the APS Drainage and Civil team as a Project Admin Support.
Based in Pakenham, VIC, this role will provide essential administrative and coordination support to the project management team.
You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of multiple civil construction projects.
What you'll be doing Providing general administrative support to the team Preparing correspondence, reports and other documentation to support project delivery Assisting with procurement, job related invoicing, sales/tender support Maintaining accurate records and project files using relevant systems and software Provide admin support for compliance, OHS, training, plant and equipment What we're looking for Strong experience in an administrative support role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook, Project.
