You will make an impact by

Being the first point of contact for HR queries, providing timely and accurate, customer centric support.

Coordinating interviews, assisting on panels, and initiating pre-employment checks.

Managing HR documentation, employment contracts, and compliance requirements with precision.

Supporting employee wellbeing initiatives and cyclical people activities across the organisation.

Contributing to projects that improve employee experience and enhance HR service delivery.

Creating purchase orders and processing receipting to support the People Operations and wider People and Culture business unit.

What you will bring

Strong ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced, operational environment.
Exceptional capacity to multitask and prioritise tasks within a fast-paced operational environment.

High level of initiative and autonomy, with a proactive approach to learning and improvement.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Experience working in a shared inbox environment and managing competing demands.

Agile mindset with the ability to pivot quickly and adapt to changing priorities.

Hands-on HR administration experience.
