As a Senior Clinical Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of a multidisciplinary team, driving quality outcomes and service innovation across the GARSS Day Therapy program.

What your day will look like….

You'll coordinate referrals and lead multidisciplinary care planning for geriatric, rehabilitation, and stroke clients. Your role blends clinical decision-making with team collaboration, service improvement, and client-focused communication—ensuring every touchpoint supports better outcomes and a stronger, values-driven health service.
