The RoleReporting to the Senior Brand Manager – International, the Brand Manager – International role is pivotal in driving revenue, brand awareness, and growth across key international markets. You will play a hands-on role in developing and executing marketing initiatives that support our global portfolio and contribute to achieving financial targets.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the execution of brand strategies across promotions, packaging, communications, digital, PR, and events.
Collaborating with distributor partners and agencies to deliver localised campaigns and go-to-market launches.
Managing digital platforms, trade shows, POS materials, and packaging projects.
Leading cross-functional project work and contributing to strategic forums.
Tracking performance against brand plans and delivering on profit targets.
What we're looking for:
4–6 years' experience in brand marketing, ideally with exposure to international markets.
Strong project management and campaign execution skills.
Experience in NPD launches and consumer research (qual/quant).
A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation and results.
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
