**The Role**

Due to internal promotions, the role of **Brand Manager - So Good** is now vacant. It is an opportunity to lead and contribute to the growth of an exciting brand in a growth category. Under the leadership of the Senior Brand Manager, you will be involved in developing and executing marketing initiatives to achieve the financial objectives for the So Good brand.

This role involves developing and executing the brand plan in collaboration with SBM and associated marketing initiatives to achieve sales, market share and financial objectives for the assigned brand. This includes the development & execution of brand communications plan in collaboration with internal and cross functional team contributors and agency partners.

**Skills & Experience**
- Degree qualified in Marketing (or similar).
- 4+ years Marketing or related field experience preferably in FMCG
- Experience with consumer research and how to effectively use the data.
- Experience in promotional campaigns, media and creative campaigns
- Familiarity with developing Brand Positioning and leveraging insights
- Exposure to new product development and research projects (qualitative and quantitative, including sensory)
- Highly collaborative with experience driving cross function team outcomes
