As a Business Development Partner specializing in BIM Services, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and establishing strategic partnerships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the BIM sector.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align services with market needs.
- Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients.
You will work closely with the business development team and report directly to the senior management.
Ideal Profile:The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the BIM or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of BIM technologies and services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Education in business, architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
