About The Role
Social Media Coordinator | Ettamogah
We're on the lookout for a driven social media coordinator who thrives on strategy, creativity, and results. You'll be the go to person helping a portfolio of vibrant venues stay relevant, fresh, and front-of-mind for customers across NSW.

You'll be working across a number of venues, supporting them with localised marketing strategies, campaign planning, content ideation, and branding execution. From major seasonal themes to day-to-day activations, you'll ensure each venue is tapping into the latest trends and capturing their audience both online and on-premise.

A day in the life of a Social Media Coordinator:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to individual venues and target demographics
  • Stay across local, national, and global trends to bring fresh ideas into campaigns
  • Manage social media calendars, brand assets, promotions, and local event marketing
  • Coordinate digital campaigns including email, paid social, and in venue advertising
  • Support venue managers with content planning and execution
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and digital teams to bring ideas to life
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments
  • Support brand consistency across all venues while allowing local flavour to shine

What do we need from you

About You

  • You have a collaborative spirit and share your passion and enthusiasm with your team and stakeholders
  • You use your strategic planning skills to reach targets, develop your ideas, and manage multiple priorities
  • Support venue managers with content planning and execution
  • You hold current RSA and RSG/RCG industry certifications
  • You'll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people
