About Us

We're building something new. Our brand-new activewear label is set to launch later this year, designed for women who live with purpose, chase performance, and don't compromise on style. Although the brand is new, it's being developed by a business that has been operating successfully for over 32 years, with an established creative and marketing team already in place. This is a chance to join a start-up brand that has strong foundations.

About the Role

This isn't your average "make a few posts" type of gig. We're after someone who can dream, film, edit, create, laugh, and deliver, all with a camera in one hand and a coffee in the other.

You'll be responsible for:

• Developing creative content ideas and campaigns that align with our brand voice and visual identity

• Filming, editing, and producing engaging video and photo content for social platforms such as Instagram and TikTok

• Appearing on camera yourself as part of the storytelling, not just behind the lens

• Capturing lifestyle and outdoor content that reflects our brand's active, confident, and aspirational feel

• Managing shoot setups, lighting, and basic editing using in-app tools or editing software

• Collaborating with our marketing team to plan content calendars and campaign rollouts

• Being part of the journey of building a brand from the ground up, learning firsthand how to create and grow a brand in real time

About You

You're energetic, creative, and confident, someone who thrives in front of the camera as much as behind it. You live an active, outdoor lifestyle and love connecting authentically with an audience.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience creating social media content, especially Reels and TikToks

• Is comfortable filming themselves and representing a lifestyle brand

• Brings ideas to the table and contributes creatively, not just executing direction

• Understands social trends, storytelling, and how to make content that performs

• Is reliable, organised, and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision

• Has a can-do attitude and loves working in a fast-paced, creative environment

• Is eager to learn and grow alongside the brand, with hands-on exposure to what it takes to build a successful label from scratch
