**(Melbourne)**:
We are looking for someone that is obsessed with all things IG & TikTok with a focus on Stories and Reels with proven success on these platforms.

You will need to be someone that loves creating visual content and is a bit of a wordsmith and super creative. Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. You will need to work collaboratively and have a passion for digital marketing and the ability to stay ahead of the latest changes and trends.

**Role includes**:

- Shooting and producing video content and still images (This can include flat lays, on talent, TikTok Vids, Mini ineterviews, behind the scenes footage etc.)
- Working collaboratively to ideate on brand creative solutions brief
- Brainstorming content ideas, considering both creative direction as well as how the content can drive brand engagement and sales.
- Attend photo shoots, capture behind the scenes footage and shoot pre-planned social media videos to drive organic reach
- Edit social content, selecting appropriate audio, graphic and animation styles in-line wth the brand aesthetic
- Work collaboratively with team to assist in bringing communication plans to life
- Maintain our distinct brand identity while helping to plan, create and promote exciting content for our audience
- Stay atop of emerging trends, technologies, publications and brands and bring big-sky thinking approach
- Deliver content on time and within budgets

**Skills Required**:

- Experience in a similar role creating content for brands - fashion experience is essential.
- Social native, up to date with current trends.
- Previous experience in videography, editing and content creation with the ability to pivot and create content on the go.
- Strong knowledge in Adobe Suite programs
- Strong comprehension for creating content for social media e.g. (Instagram, TikTok etc)
- Excellent time management skills, including the ability to meet quick turnaround times, multi-task, prioritise projects and communicate progress with management
- Strong visual skills, including an eye for good lighting, shot composition and use of colour and graphics
