CURRENT OPPORTUNITY – MULTIPLE ROLES, 6+ MONTH CONTRACT or PERMANENT

Job Description

Expanding our resource pool of highly skilled and experienced data practitioners. Multiple roles will be arising over the coming months – variable duration 6 to 12 months, and some permanent. The roles needed are:

  • Data Engineering
    – data engineers with experience in one or more of the following: MS Fabric / Databricks; batch / near real-time / CDC; CI/CD pipelines.
  • Data & Solution Architecture
    – data practitioners experienced in one or more of the following: data modelling (Erwin); data mappings; data architecture; solution architecture; data security; metadata management; encryption.
  • Data Analytics & BI
    – practitioners to define, design and build out dashboards and/ or web applications. Skill sets needed include technical / data analysts; Power BI; AI / ML; Copilot.
  • Data Governance
    – experience with data catalogues for glossaries, data lineage, data quality; establishing and populating templates (automated scanning). Experience in one or more of the following Purview; Informatica IDMC; Quest DI.

Skill

  • At least 3 years experience, through to Tech Leadership in one or more of the above roles.
  • Eligible to work in Australia – hybrid working arrangements with 2-5 days per week on-site in Melbourne / Melbourne metropolitan.
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications are highly regarded.
  • Strong work history demonstrating strong experience in at least one of the above roles.
  • Clear and confident communication style, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable functional and technical documentation / solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders including business, operations, data and technical.
