What You'll Do

  • Lead & Inspire: Coach, develop, and set performance standards for your team.
  • Client Success: Strengthen relationships and grow a safe, productive, and profitable portfolio.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily scheduling, allocations, and resource planning.
  • Safety & Quality: Conduct site audits, champion zero-harm practices, and uphold compliance.
  • Smart Planning: Design and review TGS and TMP plans with precision and compliance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with road authorities, councils, police, and transport partners.
  • Project Management: Oversee project planning, coordination, and delivery to client standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain accuracy and ensure timely execution across all projects.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in TGS and TMP planning – essential.
  • Proven experience lodging council applications and ROL submissions.
  • Strong understanding of Australian traffic legislation, standards, and compliance laws.
  • Ability to complete and maintain traffic control rosters and resource allocations.
  • Proven background in traffic control (field, planning, or operations).
  • Project planning and client-facing coordination skills.
  • Prepare Workzone Ticket – essential.
  • Invarion system experience – beneficial.
  • Demonstrated success in team leadership and operational performance.
  • Strong scheduling, logistics, and operational management experience.
  • Excellent commercial acumen – confident managing budgets, margins, and performance metrics.
  • Clear, professional communicator with a strong safety focus and results-driven mindset.
