ABOUT YOU

You will be passionate about the value of play and love supporting child-led curriculums.  We anticipate the successful candidate to be working across all spaces. You should have a strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, and be a team player who's keen to create an inspiring, challenging, interesting, creative, collaborative place where the environment is the genuine '3rd teacher' and where 'learning is visible'.

To be a member of our amazing team, you will have:

  • A Diploma or studying towards a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA equivalent).
  • Experience in a genuine play-based EC environment (preferably LDC)
  • A current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
  • A current working with children's check (blue card)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – with an ability to build strong relationships
  • A positive, friendly and energetic approach to work
  • A strong understanding of EYLF, and the National Quality Standards (NQS).
