About the Role

Lady Gowrie Qld are seeking talented and motivated Educators and Lead Educators for our Quarry and Warry Street Child Centres to work across the services.

These are dynamic services with long standing team that are truly passionate about high quality care and education for children.

About You

• Hold or be actively working towards a Diploma or be willing to pursue it.
• Have a solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard, or a willingness to learn.
• Demonstrate the ability to follow child safe practices and be part of a child safe organisation
• Demonstrate knowledge of mandatory reporting requirements
• Hold a current Paid Blue Card and First Aid/CPR certifications, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis
• Experience in creating engaging educational programs that support children's learning and development
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
