Workshop Manager

About the Role

In this role, you'll be the driving force behind a skilled team of fitters, making sure every job hits the mark - and meets the top-tier TJM standard. You'll get hands-on with some of the most exciting vehicle upgrades out there - think lift kits, bull bars, custom builds - the works

But it's not just about the gear. You're passionate about people - and this is your chance to mentor, grow, and inspire your team to be their best. If you love building high-performance 4x4 vehicles and high-performing teams, this is the role for you

Skills & Experience

  • You've led a workshop team and know how to get the best from them
  • You're hands-on with mechanical know-how or vehicle fitting skills
  • You're a great communicator who lifts the whole team
  • You take ownership, pitch in, and always get the job done
  • You hold a current Australian driver's license and love hitting the road (or dirt tracks)
