Client Care Manager

This is a challenging and rewarding position that plays a key role in coordinating service delivery to clients with complex care needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and review client care plans and clinical documentation, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded and up-to-date.
- Identify, assess, and remediate clinical matters impacting client care, collaborating with colleagues to provide comprehensive support.
- Organize and facilitate inductions, education, and training workshops for support staff, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Conduct regular clinical competency assessments to evaluate staff performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage stock orders for clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of necessary supplies.
- Review client progress notes, identifying trends and areas for growth, and making recommendations for improved outcomes.
- Oversee clinical compliance for all clients, ensuring adherence to established standards and protocols.
- Liaise with allied health professionals and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
