Due to rapid growth and increased enquiry volumes, we are seeking a high-performing Car Finance Broker who is experienced, self-motivated, and hungry to earn serious income.

The Role

As a Car Finance Broker, you will be responsible for managing client finance applications from initial enquiry through to settlement. You'll liaise with customers, lenders, and internal sales consultants to structure finance packages tailored to each client's needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and referred finance enquiries from our sales and partner network.
  • Structure and present competitive finance solutions aligned to customer profiles.
  • Prepare and submit applications across a broad panel of lenders.
  • Maintain a strong conversion ratio from application to settlement.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, compliance, and documentation accuracy.
  • Drive personal sales growth through professionalism, clear communication, and persistence.

About You

You're an ambitious professional with proven experience in automotive or asset finance broking, capable of converting opportunities into high-value settlements. You thrive in a performance-driven environment and want to control your earning potential.

Essential requirements

  • Certificate IV in Finance (FNS mandatory.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in asset or vehicle finance broking.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding finance KPIs.
  • Strong lender and industry knowledge (ideally across multiple panels).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-focused mindset with the ability to manage high enquiry volumes.
