Northam, Australia McIntosh & Son Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

McIntosh & Son, Wongan Hillshas an opportunity for a  Service Administrator to join the team on a full time basis.

The key responsibilities include:

  • All administrative duties for the Service Department.
  • Open, monitor and close all Repair Orders and record technician hours.
  • Continually monitor Work-In-Progress reports and review with Service Manager.
  • Raise all workshop purchase orders and enter invoices into e-Emphasys database.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient data-entry and record maintenance.
  • Other general departmental duties such as; attend Service Department meetings, take minutes, answer phones, take messages, and complete filing.

You will have:

  • Previous experience in providing a high standard of administrative support in a workshop or mechanical servicing environment (desired but not essential as training will be provided).
  • Exceptional data entry skills with an extremely high level of accuracy.
  • Superior communication skills (written and oral) and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, ability to prioritise tasks with competing deadlines Strong capabilities with computers, particularly databases and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to maintain focus and multi-task in a high pressured and ever-changing environment.
  • Proficient in maintaining an electronic file management system.
  • Previous experience with E-Emphasys software or other Dealer Management Systems (DMS) (training will be provided).
