Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Operational Airworthiness Specialist to join our team. Based in Canberra with a hybrid work arrangement, the position includes opportunities for remote work. Key responsibilities include supporting operational airworthiness functions, ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational standards, managing airworthiness documentation, evaluating processes for adherence to aerospace requirements, and contributing to the continuous improvement of operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of operational airworthiness regulations, standards, and best practices
  • Experience in documentation management, compliance monitoring, and regulatory reporting
  • Ability to conduct audits, assess risks, and recommend corrective actions effectively
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with teams and regulatory authorities
  • Proficiency with relevant IT tools and software for project coordination and data management
  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Previous experience working in aviation, defense, or airworthiness-related roles
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask in dynamic environments
