Site Administrator – 14/7 FIFO Roster

ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organizations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

THE POSITION
  • Provide administrative support to site operations and management
  • Coordinate travel, rosters, and accommodation for site personnel
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Assist with reporting, data entry, and compliance requirements
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Support onboarding and mobilisation processes
THE PERSON
  • Previous experience in administration or site-based support roles
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in FIFO or remote site operations highly regarded
