Job Connect is working with a highly regarded manufacturer of trade supplies in Yatala and we're seeking Process Assembly Workers to join their growing team.

This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for with minor factory process or assembly experience — or for those looking to continue their production career. You'll receive full training and enjoy the stability of long-term, direct employment.

The role offers:

  • $32.31 – $37.16 per hour + overtime opportunities
  • Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week
  • Day shift: 6:30am start
  • Afternoon shift: 3:30pm start
  • Direct, permanent employment (not labour hire)
  • Full training provided – prior use of hand tools or factory experience is valued
  • Stable, long-term work with a well-established manufacturer

Key tasks include:

  • Assembling components at your own workbench with hand tools and small press machines
  • Working independently while being part of a supportive team environment
  • Performing consistent, hands-on assembly and process tasks
  • Checking your work to ensure high-quality standards

An ideal applicant will possess:

  • A stable work history (1+ years average tenure) to demonstrate reliability – we're looking for long-term team members
  • Assembly, process, or manufacturing experience is ideal
  • Reliable transport (limited public transport access in Yatala)
  • Full working rights in Australia (no overseas applicants)
