Assembly Magic services clients with the Assembly of Flat Pack Furniture all over the Gold Coast & Northern NSW.

You will be an Independent Contractor representing my Business, but running your own Business under your own ABN.

The Company

Assembly Magic is the Premier Assembly service for the Gold Coast. We Service both residential and commercial customers with Assembly of ANY Flat Pack from ANY Store. We are a Team of Furniture enthusiasts who love what we do and providing a high level of service to our customers. If you like picking up the tools to build a Flat Pack or are the one that ALWAYS gets asked to do odd jobs for family and friends, this opportunity could be for you.

The Position

You will be based in the Gold Coast area and provided all the resources and training to be a successful contractor. You will plan your day and week in our job management software as you receive leads. We will supply you with your own vehicle and you be responsible for managing it. That means keeping good stock levels, staying organized, and having the right equipment so you can complete each job efficiently.

Connecting with each customer to ensure you fully understand their requirements and helping them solve all their Furniture Requirements and more. Communication is the key to your day running smoothly, and we are here to help you.

The right candidate will require the following values:

• Reliable, hard-working, and presentable. This means you are a self-starter and you come-with-batteries.
• Be competitive and determined to achieve the highest level of success
• You are willing to learn, have attention to detail and are proud to possess problem solving skills.
• You focus on safety.
• You take pride in your work and are domesticated (This means you are happy to use a vacuum cleaner and a broom to clean up after each job).
• You have a genuine interest in Furniture and Customer Service.

Key Criteria:

• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Valid driver's license
• Provide a recent police clearance
• Ability to complete a job on time and on budget
• Ability to overcome any challenges as they arise and think outside the box.
• Ability to educate your customers and identify upsell opportunities.
• Previous experience in building Furniture is important and will hold you in high regard – We will train you is specific processes to help you better perform.
• Be competent in using tools, especially drills and the use of torque settings

Pay: $300.00 – $500.00 per day
