About the Role

As an Emergency Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering critical care to patients in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Working across all areas of the Emergency Department - including triage and resuscitation - you'll provide timely, compassionate, and clinically sound care to patients with a wide range of acute presentations.

About the Client

Evolve partners with the Tasmanian Department of Health to support Emergency Departments facing staffing shortages across the state. We collaborate closely with Nurse Unit Managers to match you with a location that aligns with your skills and preferences.

Skills & Requirements

  • Experience
    – Minimum 3–4 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
  • Certifications
    – Current AHPRA registration and full working rights in Australia
  • Availability
    – Comfortable with rotating rosters and adaptable to the dynamic nature of ED environments
  • Clinical Competence
    – Skilled in triage, resuscitation, and managing high-acuity presentations
