We're expanding and are looking for a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our Access Aged Care team in Launceston. This would suit a nurse who has Aged Care experience and is highly organised with strong critical thinking skills.

What You'll Do

  • Work alongside RACF care teams as the on site Access Aged Care nurse.
  • Facilitate GP rounds (both in-person and telehealth) to ensure smooth, timely care.
  • Prepare, organise, and triage referrals to maximise efficiency and outcomes.
  • Conduct bedside assessments and clinical reviews.
  • Act as the communication bridge between RACFs, GPs, and families.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, with empathy and professionalism at every interaction
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families and facility partners.
  • Use your clinical knowledge and IT skills to ensure quality outcomes.

What You'll Bring

  • Diploma of Nursing and AHPRA registration.
  • Aged Care experience
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Confidence with IT and documenting resident needs.
  • A driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
