Work flexibly for a small and friendly support coordination organisation. With previous support coordination experience you will be able to hit the ground running with a small group of clients. You will have a comprehensive knowledge of NDIS processes and terminology, and be very organised with a warm and empathetic nature. Previous experience or qualification in health and community sectors desirable.

As described by the NDIA, a support coordinator:

Helps a participant understand their NDIS plan

Plans and coordinates supports

Connects participants with supports and services

Establishes and maintains supports

Organises and prepares plan reassessments

Reports to the NDIA

Capacity builds participants plan management skills

Prepares for and mitigates unexpected events

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $48.00 – $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 15 per week
