Job Description- Bring your passion and feel the energy
- Manage the retail new store program for QLD, NSW & ACT
- Based in Sydney
As a Construction Project Manager, you will lead the coordination of our new store program for BWS and Dan Murphy's, in conjunction with our Property and Design teams to ensure our specification standards are delivered, and our landlords and developers works meet our expectations. You will work closely with landlords and developers, to ensure a quality outcome for all parties.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
- Warm/Cold Shell / Landlord Works Management: Oversee the delivery of warm / cold shell and landlord works in accordance with Design and Construction (D&C) Briefs and Agreement for Lease (AFL).
- Project Delivery: Conduct and attend regular site meetings and onsite inspections to assess project progress, identify risks, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Cost and Efficiency Collaboration: Partner closely with the Cost & Compliance Manager, as well as Regional Construction Manager, to provide comprehensive warm / cold shell cost projections and variation assessments.
- Property Team Engagement: Attend all scheduled property meetings as a crucial stakeholder, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between construction activities and broader property development strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration for Warm Shell Delivery: Work in close collaboration with Design Managers, State Field Engineers, and the wider Build team to guarantee that all stores are constructed according to the established warm / cold shell blueprint.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain effective communication with project team members and stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns and foster strong working relationships.
- Defect-Free Handover: Ensure a meticulous and defect free handover of the completed cold/warm shell to the Senior Project Coordinator.
Now let's talk about you:
- Experience in a similar role, ideally around 4 - 5 years
- Strong stakeholder management
- Construction Industry experience (white card essential)
- Experience within Retail Environment preferred
- Relevant qualifications in Construction or Project Management
- Interstate travel is a requirement of this role
