Your Impact:

Drinks Cart is one of the most exciting parts of our Growth and Strategy portfolio. It connects our people, their friends and families, and our partners to the brands we love through a closed ecommerce platform. As Marketing Coordinator, you will bring the Drinks Cart marketing plan to life with compelling content, engaging comms and thoughtful audience journeys that lift awareness, conversion and engagement across the business. You will work closely with the Drinks Cart team, 1House and Consumer Growth to shape how the platform grows, performs and shows up for members.

Please note, this role will be offered as a nine-month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the Drinks Cart annual marketing and activity plan in line with business goals
  • Build and deliver customer journeys, referral plans, email templates and comms that drive engagement
  • Coordinate content production with 1House and brand teams and manage monthly activity calendars
  • Deliver CRM and on site comms, including segmentation, banner updates and campaign deployment
  • Provide regular data, reporting and insights on campaign performance, uptake and opportunities
  • Ensure all activity meets data, privacy, legal and liquor marketing requirements

About You:

  • Degree in Marketing desirable
  • 1 year or more experience in Marketing or CRM, ideally in FMCG
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Klaviyo or Salesforce
  • Exposure to ecommerce platforms including BigCommerce or Shopify
  • Strong capability across Microsoft suite
  • Graphic design experience desirable
  • Understanding of responsive email development principles
  • Strong brand and consumer marketing appreciation
