Senior Service Adviser – Pacific Gympie

We're looking for an experienced Senior Service Adviser who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example and delivers outstanding customer experiences from drop-off to delivery.

About the Role

As a Senior Service Adviser, you'll be the key link between our customers and workshop team. You'll manage service bookings, job progress, quotations, and follow-ups — ensuring every customer leaves impressed. You'll also support our Service Manager in training, workflow management, and delivering exceptional CSI and profitability results.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide professional customer service from vehicle check-in to handover
  • Communicate clearly with technicians and parts teams to ensure smooth workflow
  • Prepare accurate repair orders, quotations and invoices
  • Manage warranty, insurance and retail repairs in line with OEM standards
  • Proactively upsell maintenance, accessories and service plans
  • Support the Service Manager with mentoring and KPI achievement

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Service Adviser in a franchised dealership (minimum 3 years)
  • Strong product and mechanical knowledge
  • Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to handle pressure, prioritise tasks and resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Sound knowledge of Pentana or similar DMS
  • Current driver's licence
