Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Adviser to join our team. The Service Adviser will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, managing service requests, and ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage service requests and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Communicate with customers regarding service updates and recommendations
  • Schedule appointments and manage service calendars
  • Provide accurate estimates and quotes for services
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests
  • Collaborate with service technicians to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Upsell additional services and products to customers as appropriate
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized service area

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or service adviser role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • Knowledge of automotive, mechanical, or technical services a plus
