What You'll Do
Reporting to the Director of Data Reporting and Business Intelligence, you will:
Data Governance & Compliance
- Implement and maintain SEMPHN's data governance framework, policies, and standards.
- Lead adoption of enterprise data quality, metadata, and protection standards.
- Manage data sharing agreements, compliance projects, and ISO 27001 accreditation requirements.
AI/ML Governance
- Integrate AI/ML considerations into governance processes, including privacy, consent, bias mitigation, and model monitoring.
- Maintain an inventory of data assets and AI/ML models, ensuring ethical and secure use.
- Provide guidance to staff and external partners on responsible AI/ML data practices.
- Deliver training on AI/ML governance and monitor compliance metrics.
Stakeholder Engagement & Teamwork
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, including government agencies, other PHNs, and research partners.
- Collaborate with internal directorates to foster a positive, integrated, and collaborative work environment.
Quality, Risk & Safety
- Contribute to continuous improvement, risk management, and workplace health and safety initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, clinical requirements, and professional standards.
About you
You will have:
- A
Bachelor's degree
in IT, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field. - Extensive experience implementing
data governance, management processes, and data quality frameworks
in the health sector. - Proven track record in delivering
data governance strategies, frameworks, policies, and procedures
. - Knowledge of
ethical and regulatory AI/ML considerations
, including privacy and security requirements. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex governance concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as
CDMP, CDGP, or ITIL Foundations
are highly regarded. - An

with a "can-do" attitude, thriving in both structured and dynamic environments.
