We're on the lookout for a Payroll Assistant who's eager to grow, learn, and contribute to a collaborative team in a dynamic and complex payroll environment. Based in Adelaide, this entry-level role is perfect for someone with a solid foundation in payroll who's ready to take the next step.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end payroll processing for a small group of employees
- Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation and Schneider Electric's internal policies
- Maintain accurate employee records, timesheets, and leave balances
- Respond to payroll queries with professionalism and care
- Support audits, reporting, and reconciliations
What You'll Bring
- 12–18 months of payroll experience in the Australian market
- A base-level understanding of Australian payroll legislation
- Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
