Minara Resources has an opportunity for a skilled Fixed/Mobile Plant Operator to join our team located at our Murrin Murrin Operations.

The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Fixed/Mobile Plant Operator to join our team in our calcrete crushing area at Murrin Murrin.

As a Calcrete Crusher Operator, you will be operating mobile plant (loader) working on a stockpile feeding a hopper that provides material for Calcrete production. Additionally, monitoring fixed plant that consists of conveyors and crushes that produce Calcrete at the Murrin Murrin site.

You will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and management of ROM operations, Calcrete stockpile, traffic management and ROM demarcation and exclusion zones
  • Operating of all Mobile and Fixed plant crushing equipment in a safe manner.
  • Operate other plant and equipment in accordance with the relevant standard work instructions.
  • Operate machinery that you are authorised and trained to operate.
  • Adhere to the Calcrete Crusher Traffic Management plan.
  • Conduct pre-starts and ongoing inspection on all equipment used.
  • Use two-way radios in a professional manner.

About You
You will have knowledge in fixed pant operations and experience in operating a loader.

You will also have:

  • WA Manual Driver's Licence (HR)
  • Current Front End Loader ticket
  • Current Skid Steer ticket (desirable)
  • Current Forklift ticket (desirable)
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Good Computer skills
  • Good communication skills
