Full time Experienced Vet Nurse – Mid North Coast NSW
Are you ready to finally find the clinic that ticks all the boxes?
At Midcoast Vets, we know what experienced nurses are looking for – a workplace that values your skills, supports your growth, and makes you feel like part of a family, not just a roster. Come and join our team in our Urunga clinic.
Here's what sets us apart:
Respect & Appreciation – your experience won't go unnoticed. You'll be recognised as an essential part of the team and encouraged to contribute your ideas.
A Supportive Culture – no cliques, no egos. Just a tight-knit group who've always got each other's backs, whether that means sharing the load on a busy day, cooking lunch together, or making you a much-needed coffee.
Professional Growth – we love seeing our nurses shine. You'll be encouraged to use your full skillset and upskill further. With complex cases, orthopaedics, advanced procedures, and even large animal surgeries, you'll be challenged and never bored.
Work/Life Balance – we know how important it is to love your job and your life. We'll support you in making both work.
About Us
Our team: Across our 3 clinics we have 37 staff, with experience from 1 year to 20+ years. At Urunga you'll usually work alongside 7–8 like-minded colleagues who share laughs, birthday cakes, homegrown veggies, and a get together at the local pub.
Our clinics: Purpose-built and independently owned, we're well equipped (our latest addition is a CT scanner our Macksville clinic). We see a huge variety of patients and cases, so your days will always be interesting and rewarding.
Our location: Urunga, Mid North Coast NSW – where unspoiled beaches, rivers, waterfalls, and lush hinterland meet great facilities like schools, universities, airports, and hospitals. Work where people holiday
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a full time experienced vet nurse who's confident, capable, and looking for a workplace that appreciates their skills. Someone who values teamwork, enjoys variety, and wants to be part of a supportive, down-to-earth clinic culture.
More info on the job, required skills and job perks can be found HERE
Check out our Facebook Page, Website and client reviews on our Google My Business Page – we are proud of what we do and we think you'll love it here too.
