Synechron is hiring a Senior Application Engineer.

  • Sydney
  • Contract - 12 months
  • 5 days work from office - mandatory
  • Full Australian working rights

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and C#.
  • Strong understanding of database design, optimization, and data management best practices.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex SQL and C# code.
  • Update and maintain stored procedures to accommodate changing business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely arrival of daily incoming data files, facilitating smooth execution of daily/weekly/monthly jobs.
  • Build and maintain a backup server for testing purposes to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Analyse job duration and implement strategies to shorten the execution time of regular jobs.
