Framework Group is partnered with a highly reputable engineering consultancy headquartered in Perth, who deliver some of the largest, most innovative and complex land development / subdivisional projects in WA. 

They're looking for talented Civil Engineers who have had exposure or at least a passionate interest into Land Development civil engineering. 

Are you ready to take ownership of major land development projects and see your designs come to life on the ground? We're looking for a talented Civil Engineer who thrives in a client-facing role and wants to make a real impact on some of the state's largest master planned subdivisions and infrastructure projects.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading the design and delivery of roads, drainage, earthworks, retaining walls, wastewater systems, water reticulation, and related infrastructure.
  • Taking projects from concept through design, documentation, tender, and construction.
  • Working closely with clients, authorities, and sub-consultants – you'll be the trusted technical advisor.
  • Managing project stakeholders and ensuring every outcome reflects our reputation for quality.
  • Adding your energy and ideas to our collaborative company culture.

What you'll bring:

  • A Civil Engineering degree.
  • At least 1 - 5 years of experience in land development (subdivisions, infrastructure, or similar).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills – you'll be confident managing clients and guiding projects.
  • A motivated, detail-driven approach and genuine pride in producing high quality outcomes.
  • The ability to work as part of a close-knit, supportive team.
