We are looking for motivated and reliable Pellet Mill Operators to join our dynamic team at Clyde. This role plays a vital part in our processing operations, ensuring that our products are efficiently and accurately prepared. No experience? No worries We provide full on-the-job training to help you succeed in this role.

Daily Tasks

• Operate and monitor pellet mill machinery to ensure smooth and efficient processing

• Follow strict food safety and quality assurance guidelines

• Perform routine checks and adjustments to maintain equipment performance

• Handle raw materials and ensure correct weights and portions

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in your work area

• Work as part of a team to meet production targets

• Rotating shifts across nights, afternoons, and days — flexibility and adaptability required (penalty rates may apply)

  • Previous experience operating pellet mills or similar machinery
  • Proven ability to monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure efficient production
  • Familiarity with feedmill operations and processes
  • Ability to conduct quality control checks and make necessary adjustments
  • Basic understanding of maintenance and troubleshooting for pellet mill equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality feed products
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Willingness to adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times
