**Client**
Our client is a large egg producer with multiple laying farms across Victoria. We are searching for Mill Hand to work in their feed manufacturing operation just near Melbourne, Victoria.

**Role**
The Mill Hand is required to work as part of the production team (approx 3-4) to produce feed in an efficient manner. Ideally, the person would have prior experience in feed production and a sound mechanical or maintenance background. The major duties of this role are as follows:

- Work as part of a small team in the manufacturing operation
- Assist in achieving efficient and productive day-to-day running of the Mill and the preparation of quality feed
- work within the mill in a safe manner to ensure that all Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to

**Requirements**:

- Have experience in livestock feed manufacture
- Knowledge of grain and roughage processing
- Be able to work within a small but dedicated team
- Have a high level of personal and professional standards
- Be committed to working in a safe, healthy workplace and environment

**Location and Remuneration**
The role is located at Kinglake West, Victoria, which is just 45 km from Melbourne. A good remuneration package is on offer to attract the right person for this role.
