The Role: Full Time Educator

Dulwich Hill ELC and Preschool team is looking to welcome a motivated educator to join their team.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Observe and evaluate; supporting our team with the development and progression of our programs
  • Facilitate a physical environment that reflects the educational program
  • Support the established relationships with families
  • Foster the established collegiality of the team

Skills & Experience

  • Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
  • Demonstrated knowledge of child development for 2-6-year old's
  • Knowledge of current trends in Early Childhood Education
  • Adept with establishing and building relationships with parents and families
  • Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and NQF
  • Ability to develop warm and meaningful relationships with children
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral skills
  • Current Working with Children Check
