The role being offered is for someone who will work across the business in both sales and leasing to support the senior agents and management alike. The role will also include a social media and Marketing component.

The Role:

- Greeting clients and assisting general enquiries
- Leasing and sales assistance including open houses
- Creation of Marketing materials and collateral both internal and external
- Experience with social media and high level computer competence is an advantage
- Answering phone calls and directing to relevant staff member
- Providing keys for clients or trades as required
- Creating new files and other administrative tasks including administration including filing, photocopying or printing

About You
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Some marketing experience is preferred but not essential.
- Immaculate presentation
- Professional, personable and supportive character with a positive attitude
- Driven to learn and progress within your career
- Must have an assistant agent certificate or license in real estate
- Must have a Driver's License and a reliable vehicle

Work Hours:

- Monday - Saturday, with a day off during the week

**Experience**:

- 1 Year experience in real estate essential
- 1 year customer service experience preferred but not essential
- 1 years social media/Marketing experience preferred but not essential

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dulwich Hill, NSW 2203: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
