We’re on the lookout for a **Superstar Early Childhood Educator** to join our dynamic team If you’re a **Diploma-qualified educator or hold a Bachelor of Teaching**, and you’re ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Creating and delivering a **high-quality, play-based learning program** tailored to children’s interests and needs
✔ Building strong **relationships with families**, fostering open communication and engagement
✔ Collaborating with an amazing team in a **supportive and positive** work environment
✔ Bringing your **energy, creativity, and passion** to nurture each child’s development

What We’re Looking For:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care OR an Early Childhood Teaching degree
A **team player** who thrives in a collaborative environment
Strong understanding of the **Early Years Learning Framework** and **National Quality Standards**
A passion for creating **engaging and meaningful learning experiences**
**Excellent communication skills**—both written and verbal
Current **First Aid Certificate (including Asthma & Anaphylaxis)** and **Working With Children Check**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $59,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime
- Rotating roster
