This will be a permanent part-time position in a family owned and operated service that is licensed for up to 59 children.

We are looking for two Early Childhood Educator to join our strong, friendly, passionate team This person will need to have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. There is also an opportunity to become a Team Leader.

We are a family business located in a quiet, natural setting with access to private nature spaces and a National Park. We maintain a supportive working environment and continue to build on exceeding practices and high quality learning. We have created a homely centre and have strong connections with our families.

**Special Conditions**
- Attendance at various training sessions as required
- Current and valid Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid Certificate HLTAID012
- Through Their Eyes - Child Safe Environments Training
- “Do Food Safely” Training (available through the Marion City Council website)
- Coronavirus Infection Control Training
- Up to date immunisations including Covid-19 vaccinations

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills
- Effective time management
- Able to work well within a team
- Ability to interact with children, families and educators in a positive, sensitive and respectful manner

**Responsibilities**
- Work within the centre's philosophy, policies, procedures and the National Quality Standards

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $31.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 per week
