We are entering an exciting new chapter in our Culinary and Food & Beverage journey. With a clear focus on innovation, guest experience, and team excellence, we are seeking a Director of Culinary & Food and Beverage Services to guide our talented team through this next phase of growth and transformation.

This is a rare opportunity for a dynamic hospitality leader to take charge of a multi-outlet operation and redefine the way we deliver exceptional dining, beverage, and event experiences.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different but mostly you'll be:

  • Providing strategic leadership across all culinary and F&B operations.
  • Driving innovation in menus, concepts, and service delivery that surprise and delight our guests.
  • Mentoring and inspiring a diverse team of chefs, food & beverage duty managers, team leaders, and service professionals.
  • Ensuring our operations remain financially strong, operationally efficient, and fully compliant.
  • Playing a key role in shaping the future direction of our dining and beverage culture.

What we need from you:

  • Responsible for leading and nurturing a workplace culture that is positive, inclusive, and aligned with IHG's values, ensuring team members feel engaged, supported, and motivated to deliver their best.
  • Bachelor's degree / higher education qualification in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field preferred.
  • Senior leadership in culinary and/or F&B Management within hotels or multi-faceted venues.
  • A track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and business results.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to balance innovation with operational excellence.
  • A people-first leadership style that inspires, develops, and motivates teams.
  • Knowledge of current industry trends, guest preferences, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
