Based on site, you'll be a part of our exceptional Building and Property Management team, assisting to ensure seamless operations and outstanding resident experiences.Reporting directly to our Operations Manager, you'll collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the property ecosystem. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills and an ability to forge lasting professional relationships. You'll be a trusted face of our properties, balancing operational excellence with genuine care for the communities you serve.Key Responsibilities:Assisting with comprehensive end-to-end Property Management OperationsAssist with dispute resolution, including QCAT submissions and hearings as requiredEnsure accurate preparation of all residential tenancy documentation in accordance with the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation ActOversee marketing of vacant tenancies and coordinate leasing inspectionsMaintain legal and financial aspects of the portfolio using property management softwareProvide regular local market trends and industry updates to the teamServe as primary tenant liaison for queries, complaints and resident needsArrange and manage necessary maintenance and repair worksConduct detailed property condition inspections with detailed documentationReady to make your mark?
