Head of Infrastructure

We're seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Infrastructure to lead the planning, design, implementation, and management of our technical infrastructure across Data Centres, Cloud, and Network environments.

Melbourne or Sydney.

What You'll Do:

• Establish and govern Centres of Excellence (CoE) for Core Infrastructure, Cloud, and Network.
• Oversee Infrastructure Operations delivered via a Managed Service model
• Lead Infrastructure Projects through a dedicated delivery squad
• Drive the Cloud Centre of Excellence (CCoE), including planning, optimisation, and operations.
• Set up and manage the Network CoE, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Govern Data Centre operations in partnership with external providers, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Lead the implementation of new technologies to support business growth.
• Manage vendor relationships across Cloud, Network, and Infrastructure domains.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges, driving continuous improvement.

• Proven leadership experience in a senior technology role.
• Deep expertise in IT Infrastructure, Networking, and Cloud technologies.
• Strong background in change management and operating model design.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in cloud deployment, service design, and pricing negotiations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage outsourced service providers.
