Now, we're on the lookout for a Casual Kitchen Supervisor to join the team at our new Archie Brothers and Hijinx Hotel venue in QV, VIC- people who are passionate about service, driven by fun, and ready to create unforgettable experiences.

What You'll Do

• Preparation and delivery of our standard bar menu items and function finger food;
• Adhering to our high level of food presentation;
• Ordering and stocktake;
• Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness;
• Championing kitchen health and safety; and
• Training and supporting the casual kitchen team members.

What You've Got

• Experience working in a busy kitchen
• A desire to take your supervising/management skills to the next level
• Excellent communication skills - this is key for any successful candidate in our national business;
• Good time management and organisational skills, with the proven ability to plan, prepare and think ahead;
• A commitment to prioritise hygiene, food handling and health & safety procedures;
• Self motivation but also the ability to work in a team;
• A passion for excellent service with a positive can-do attitude;

As we are a seven day a week business, you must be available to work nights and weekends
