EARL Canteen is Melbourne's premium quick-service sandwich, salad, and coffee destination. Established in 2010 EARL has been making breakfast and lunch a little more exciting for the hard-working people of Melbourne CBD.

We are currently recruiting for a Full-Time Kitchen Supervisor at our Collins Place store. As a leader, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a genuine sense of hospitality, and have the ability to inspire those around you.

This is a Monday - Friday position with availability required from 6am.

We are looking for someone who has leadership experience in a quick-service hospitality environment, has precise attention to detail, and will show their best in a systemized, structured kitchen. You will be responsible for all kitchen ordering, training and supervision of the team as well as food safety requirements.

An EARL kitchen supervisor is a hands-on position, ensuring the day-to-day efficiency and consistency of the kitchen operations whilst supervising a team of up to 4 on shift. We offer a great support network from our Store Manager, Area Manager, and Head Office Team and a range of finely tuned systems and procedures to ensure our store teams are able to focus on our number one priority, our customers.

Naturally, applicants are required to have full-time availability and working rights in Australia.
