We're seeking an experienced Excavator / Posi Track Operator with specialized expertise in swimming pool excavations to contribute to high-quality projects across the Gold Coast and Brisbane regions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Operating excavators and Posi Track machinery for swimming pool excavations, site preparations, and industrial unit foundations, with a strong emphasis on precise pool excavation techniques.
  • Performing accurate digging, leveling, and material handling in compliance with safety standards, particularly for complex pool designs and specifications.
  • Collaborating with site teams to ensure efficient project delivery and adherence to client requirements.
  • Adapting to varying job sites and tasks, including travel between Gold Coast and Brisbane locations.
  • Maintaining equipment and conducting basic on-site troubleshooting.
Essential Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an Excavator / Posi Track Operator in construction or earthmoving, with significant experience in swimming pool excavations.
  • Valid HR (Heavy Rigid) license.
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing work environments and flexible schedules.
  • Strong commitment to safety, with relevant tickets and certifications (e.g., White Card).
  • Good communication skills to effectively liaise with team members, supervisors, and clients.
  • Reliable transport and willingness to work across Gold Coast and Brisbane sites.
  • Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions.
