Experienced Landscaper Wanted

Job Title:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaper to lead our outdoor projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- To oversee the completion of landscape construction projects with high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Lead teams of landscapers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Operate heavy machinery such as excavators or skid-steer loaders in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Maintain a safe working environment at all times.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified landscaper with a minimum of 2 years' experience or a Diploma in Horticulture.
- Hold an Open License.
- A MR license is desirable but not essential. Machinery tickets are also beneficial but not required.
Desirable Characteristics:
- Be motivated and have a positive attitude towards your work.
- Excellent communication skills are essential for effective team collaboration.
- Have an eye for detail and be able to multitask with ease.
